Mobile Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Santa Rosa CA (Preferred)
Territory: Travel throughout Santa Rosa Eureka Crescent City and Fort Bragg
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM4:00 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Are you the person everyone calls when something breaks Were looking for a hands-on Mobile Building Maintenance Technician to maintain a portfolio of commercial and institutional facilities across Northern California. • Perform general building maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities

• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues including leaks clogged drains and fixture replacements

• Complete light electrical work such as replacing switches outlets lighting fixtures ballasts and bulbs

• Perform carpentry repairs including doors locks hardware drywall patching painting and cabinetry

• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance including filter changes thermostat adjustments and minor troubleshooting

• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and identify equipment requiring additional repairs

• Respond to work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

• Plan daily service routes to efficiently support multiple customer locations

• Maintain accurate service records receipts and maintenance documentation

• Keep company vehicle tools and equipment organized and in excellent condition

• Help maintain safe building conditions including debris removal and seasonal exterior maintenance

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs

• At least 2 years of building maintenance facilities maintenance or commercial maintenance experience

• Experience performing basic plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry repairs

• Comfortable working independently while traveling between multiple sites

• Experience using CMMS or work order management software

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile applications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds climb ladders and perform physically demanding work throughout the day

This is a mobile position serving facilities throughout Northern California. Regular local travel is required along with approximately two overnight travel days each month.
