Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to produce aerospace parts and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints sketches and engineering drawings
- Perform machining operations such as milling drilling grinding boring honing and deburring
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect and maintain quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance including coolant lubrication and filter checks
- Follow OSHA safety FOD and quality procedures
- Move materials/products within the manufacturing area as needed
- Support team workflow and assist with training other employees
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR regulations)
- Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience
- Basic CNC and machine operation knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of aviation or aerospace manufacturing experience
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining operations
