What Youll Bring

Active Licensed Practical Nursing license in CO
2 years geriatric/home-care experience
Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for problem-solving
CPR/First Aid certification and a valid drivers license
Warm professional communication that builds trust with families and field staff
