Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide services to students at schools in Plano Texas. The ideal candidates will provide counseling and mental health support to help students address emotional behavioral social and academic challenges.

Requirements:
Valid and unrestricted Texas Licensed Professional Counselor credential
Masters degree in counseling psychology or a related behavioral health field
Experience providing counseling services to children and adolescents
School-based or pediatric behavioral health experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct student screenings assessments and counseling evaluations.
Provide individual and group counseling based on identified student needs.
Develop and implement individualized counseling and intervention plans.
Support students experiencing behavioral emotional social or academic difficulties.
Provide crisis intervention and assist with safety planning when appropriate.
Collaborate with families teachers administrators and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in ARD/IEP Section 504 and student-support meetings as assigned.
Maintain accurate confidential and FERPA-compliant records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
