Job Summary

Job Title: Lead Full stack with Java/J2EE
Location: Cincinnati OH (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and deployment of enterprise web applications using Java/J2EE Spring Boot and React.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to coding standards best practices and architectural guidelines.
Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs microservices and front-end applications.
Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts Architects and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive application modernization initiatives and contribute to cloud migration strategies.
Review code perform technical design reviews and mentor junior developers.

Skills:

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and other DevOps platforms.
Ensure application performance security scalability and reliability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Support application deployments and release management activities
