Role: Lead Data Analyst
Location: Cincinnati OH (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Were seeking a Lead Data Analyst with strong experience in P&C Insurance to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives. Youll lead a team define KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities include building scalable data models ensuring data quality and governance and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading complex analytics projects in P&C Insurance
- Expertise in data modeling architecture profiling and quality management
- Strong skills in SQL ETL frameworks Snowflake
- Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Cognos Business Objects)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
