Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Hours: 40 hours a week (weekdays and weekends)
SUMMARY
The Landscaping Maintenance reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and takes care of the Companys properties/activities as assigned.
DUTIES
Overall supervision of anything landscaping related Examples:
- Lawn Care: Mow edge and trim lawns using push mowers riding mowers and string trimmers.
- Garden Maintenance: Weed prune shrubs trim trees and deadhead flowers to promote healthy growth and neat aesthetics.
- Seasonal Cleanups: Rake leaves clear debris and perform seasonal property cleanups.
- Planting & Mulching: Plant flowers shrubs and trees; spread mulch fertilizer and topsoil as directed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate clean and perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools (e.g. leaf blowers edgers aerators and chainsaws).
- Site Management: Haul debris load/unload equipment and maintain a safe clean job site.
- Winter Services: (For cold-weather locations like North Dakota) Shovel snow clear walkways and apply salt/sand for ice control.
