The Role

Were looking for a Landscape / Irrigation Project Coordinator to support the planning scheduling and day-to-day execution of commercial landscape and irrigation construction projects. Youll work closely with Project Managers field crews subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track and running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinating daily field operations for commercial landscape and irrigation projects from kickoff through closeout
• Supporting Project Managers with scheduling procurement subcontractor management and operational planning
• Tracking and maintaining project documentation schedules change orders field reports material logs and photos
• Coordinating crews deliveries plant materials and irrigation components to meet project timelines
• Monitoring project progress and communicating updates on milestones schedule changes and operational needs
• Assisting with budget tracking cost monitoring and procurement coordination
• Conducting site visits to monitor workmanship quality and project compliance
• Resolving scheduling conflicts material shortages and field coordination challenges

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of experience in construction coordination landscape construction irrigation operations or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of landscape installation irrigation systems and exterior construction operations
• Experience with project documentation scheduling tools and construction workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling software
• Strong communicator comfortable working with field teams vendors subcontractors and clients
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Construction Management Landscape Management or Irrigation Technology is a plus

Compensation & Details

• $60000$70000 per year based on experience
• Quarterly performance bonuses
• Full-time In-person North Texas
