Job Title: Junior Technical writer

Location: Albany NY Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience creating editing and maintaining technical documentation for software applications business processes operational procedures and IT systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear concise and user-friendly documentation while ensuring accuracy consistency and readability.
• Strong background in research information gathering and content development through document analysis stakeholder engagement and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Visio for developing professional documentation process flows reports and visual content.
• Experienced in document management and information organization including the creation of diagrams flowcharts process maps visual aids and maintenance of documentation repositories.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts operations personnel customer support teams and project stakeholders to ensure documentation aligns with business and system requirements.
• Skilled in reviewing validating testing and updating documentation based on stakeholder feedback usability assessments and quality assurance standards.
• Knowledgeable in industry-standard technical writing methodologies documentation frameworks executive summaries status reporting and technical communication best practices.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality documentation that supports business objectives and end-user needs.
