Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Tax Associate to join our tax team. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Seattle Silicon Valley San Francisco Boston New York Santa Monica or Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tax research and analysis
- Prepare tax returns and documentation
- Conduct tax planning and strategy work
- Support senior tax professionals on client engagements
- Maintain tax work papers and documentation
- Monitor tax law developments and updates
- Interact with clients on tax matters
- Participate in tax projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Taxation
- Working toward CPA certification preferred
- Strong tax knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Proficiency with tax software and databases
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team collaboration skills
Compensation
- Salary: $225000 $310000/year plus performance bonus
