Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Agribusiness Computer Science or a related
discipline.
10 years of experience within the agribusiness industry including sectors such as dairy meat
processing grain trading or food manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Supply Chain (SCM) implementation programs.
Proven success leading client-facing presales activities including solutioning executive
presentations demonstrations proposal development and complex deal support.
Experience managing enterprise SAP implementations from project initiation through successful
go-live.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite
stakeholders.
Established professional network within the agribusiness industry is highly desirable.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other advanced degree.
SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or Agribusiness solutions.
Experience with SAP industry solutions including Dairy Management Meat & Fish Management
Agricultural Contract Management Commodity Management Rural Sourcing Management or
Intelligent Agriculture.
Experience working within global consulting or delivery organizations.
Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
