Shift: After 6:00 PM Monday Sunday based on the needs of the account

Pay:Starting at $15.50 / hour WE PAY EVERY WEEK ON FRIDAYS!

What Youll Do (The Role)

As a Janitor on our team you are the backbone of our quality service. Youll ensure our clients walk into a spotless fresh environment every morning. Duties include:

• Dusting sweeping mopping and vacuuming.

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.

• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

• Occasionally performing deeper floor care like carpet scrubbing.

Physical Requirements: This is an active physically demanding role. Youll be on your feet moving at an efficient pace and performing repetitive bending stretching stooping lifting and vacuuming. Think of it as a workout you get paid for!

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Reliability: You must have your own dependable transportation to get to your assigned work sites.

• Work History: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior cleaning experience is a plus but not requiredwe will train the right person!).

• Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Note for Driving Positions: If you are considered for a role driving a company vehicle you must have a clean valid AZ drivers license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents suspensions or major moving violations.
