About the Role

As an IT Technician youll be the go-to person for technical support ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
• Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
• Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
• Supporting staff in your assigned region with occasional travel as required.
• Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred.
• Training: On-the-job training provided.
• Other: Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
