IT Systems Administrator

• Manage endpoint administration including device enrollment configuration and security policy enforcement
• Oversee SaaS platforms user provisioning account management and authentication services
• Build and support onboarding/offboarding workflows and access control systems using RBAC SSO and MFA
• Create automation scripts and streamline repetitive IT processes through scripting and tooling improvements
• Maintain accurate technical documentation system records and change management logs
• Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration including participation in Infrastructure as Code efforts
• Contribute to compliance initiatives and help maintain security controls aligned with audit standards
• Track and report IT performance metrics security indicators and compliance status
• Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enhance service reliability
• Provide operational support for distributed systems SaaS applications and endpoint environments across global teams

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3 years of experience in IT Support Systems Administration or a similar technical role
• Experience managing endpoint tools such as Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace Slack GitHub and Cloudflare
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts such as RBAC SSO and MFA
• Experience with scripting/automation using Bash Python or similar languages
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured change management practices
• Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001 SOC 2 or NIST guidelines
• Strong troubleshooting communication and organizational skills
•  Ability to operate independently and support a globally distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment
