IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary
- Manage endpoint administration including device enrollment configuration and security policy enforcement
- Oversee SaaS platforms user provisioning account management and authentication services
- Build and support onboarding/offboarding workflows and access control systems using RBAC SSO and MFA
- Create automation scripts and streamline repetitive IT processes through scripting and tooling improvements
- Maintain accurate technical documentation system records and change management logs
- Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration including participation in Infrastructure as Code efforts
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and help maintain security controls aligned with audit standards
- Track and report IT performance metrics security indicators and compliance status
- Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enhance service reliability
- Provide operational support for distributed systems SaaS applications and endpoint environments across global teams
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3 years of experience in IT Support Systems Administration or a similar technical role
- Experience managing endpoint tools such as Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace Slack GitHub and Cloudflare
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts such as RBAC SSO and MFA
- Experience with scripting/automation using Bash Python or similar languages
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured change management practices
- Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001 SOC 2 or NIST guidelines
- Strong troubleshooting communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and support a globally distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment
