We are seeking a Google Workspace Systems Engineer to play a key hands-on role in our enterprise migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
In this role you will work directly with senior architects and external integration teams to configure test and execute technical migration workflows across a 150k user environment. You will be responsible for building migration pipelines configuring security policies troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring a seamless end-user transition.
Key Qualifications:
36 years of experience in Systems Engineering Cloud Administration or IT Infrastructure roles.
Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
Direct involvement in cloud-to-cloud data migrations (specifically Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace).
Technical proficiency with Identity Management (Entra ID/Azure AD Google Cloud Identity SSO and provisioning protocols like SCIM).
Comfortable using Google Apps Script Python PowerShell or GAM (Google Apps Manager) for automation and batch management.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mail flow DNS (SPF DKIM DMARC) identity sync and access permissions.
