Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software
Monitor system performance and report issues to management
Document all support activities in ticketing system
Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service to all team members
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications are a plus
Basic understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Basic knowledge of networking concepts is preferred
