Position: Excel Expert IT Manager
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the IT management domain.
• Design realistic domain-relevant Excel tasks from professional experience and write accurate well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions providing clear written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on Excel proficiency with nested formulas lookups PivotTables dashboards and analytical tools. Experience with Power Query Power Pivot or macros/VBA is a plus.
• 5 years in an in-house IT management or leadership role using Excel daily.
• Demonstrable career progression into senior IT management.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Verbal and written communication skills problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
• United Statesbased only.
