Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 yearsof progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Services and Delivery Management.
Proven experience managing large-scale Infrastructure Servicesengagements within enterprise environments.
Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure with the ability to lead technical delivery and operational excellence.
Prior experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP)environment with leading global IT services organizations such as TCS Infosys Wipro HCLTech Tech Mahindra Cognizant Capgemini Accenture or similar.
Extensive experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models ensuring seamless coordination across global teams.
Demonstrated success leading large infrastructure delivery teamsof 150-200 professionalsacross onsite and offshore locations.
Hands-on experience driving IT infrastructure transformation initiatives including process optimization service improvements operational modernization and large-scale transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management customer engagement and delivery governance experience.
Excellent leadership communication and people management skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise engagements.
ITIL Certification(Foundation or higher) is mandatory.
Experience in the Healthcare domainis highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex infrastructure programs across multiple domains (cloud network compute storage workplace etc.)
Manage program scope timelines budgets and risks to ensure successful outcomes
Establish and enforce governance frameworks program management standards and best practices
Drive program reporting executive communication and stakeholder alignment
Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals
Lead digital transformation initiatives such as cloud migration hybrid cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization
Identify opportunities for automation cost optimization and service improvement
Act as the primary liaison between IT business units vendors and senior leadership
Build strong relationships with executives and influence decision-making
Present regular updates on program status risks and achievements
Own and manage large program budgets (CapEx and OpEx)
Ensure cost efficiency and ROI realization across infrastructure investments
Track financial performance and optimizing resource allocation
Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to regulatory security and compliance standards
Drive business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness
Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracts
Oversee outsourcing partners and service providers
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
Lead cross-functional teams of program managers project managers and technical leads
