Requirements:
Previous professional transcription experience
Strong listening grammar spelling proofreading and typing skills
Ability to accurately identify speakers and understand educational terminology
Reliable computer secure internet connection and appropriate transcription equipment
Responsibilities:
Transcribe recorded meetings interviews presentations reports and other educational content.
Identify speakers and include timestamps or other formatting when requested.
Review and proofread completed transcripts for accuracy clarity and completeness.
Follow District templates formatting standards and submission procedures.
Complete assignments within established turnaround times.
Securely receive store transmit and delete audio files and completed transcripts.
Maintain FERPA-compliant confidentiality of student and District information.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
