What You Will Do:
Provide technical subject matter expertise to a team performing a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization assist in the development an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces create improved methods of information-sharing governance and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings measures of successful implementation of improvements and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD securityclearance

• Bachelors degree

• TEN (10) or more years of experience supporting DHS DoD or the Intelligence Community

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelors degree in intelligence national security public policy or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to support complex federal programs including stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting

• Experience supporting TSA DHS Headquarters or interagency intelligence operations

• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a program or project environment

• Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g. HSIN) and governance or collaboration frameworks

• Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making

• Exposure to operational modernization process improvement or organizational transformation initiatives
