Intelligence Analyst I

Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupport the analytical needs of client engagements. Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific coordination with Embedded Intelligence Services leads and in accordance with appropriate guidance this job will track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact; assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments; proactively leverages existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses assessments capability and data; Assist in production of specific briefings or presentations; assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures; and other duties as assigned within scope of the program. Shift work required including nights weekends and RequirementsBachelors degree requiredWork Experience0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering analysis alerting threat assessment incident response or a related field to take initiative and multi-task under pressure. Effective problem-solving and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps. Strong customer-service skills especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional travel and experience preferred. Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed.
