Summary:

• Plans implements tests documents and maintains solutions for integration and testing of subsystems and systems.

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions acknowledging technical schedule and cost constraints.

• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards solves hardware or software interface problems defines input or output parameters and ensures integration of entire system or subsystem.

• Reviews evaluates and derives requirements for testability and develops test programs and procedures for complete systems and subsystems.

• Coordinates subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations.

• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and system level evaluation reports verifying and validating system performance.

• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify or validate incorporated fixes to software components subsystems and systems.

• Develops test programs to run on Lockheed Martin LM-STAR LM-CORE and eCASS systems supporting RF analog digital Electronic Warfare Electro-Optics and communication technologies.

• Leads development of test programs written in PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows CVI.

• Leads a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers and collaborates with Hardware Software and Systems Engineering.

Requirements:

• Must have ability to obtain clearance if converted to full time.

• Minimum 14 years in similar role.

• Experience developing test programs for LM-STAR LM-CORE and eCASS systems.

• Experience with PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows CVI.

• Project and technical leadership experience.

• Proven hardware and software integration skills.

• Working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment.

• Experience leading a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers.

• Experience collaborating with Hardware Software and Systems Engineering.

• Ability to write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.
