What Youll Do

As an independent contractor youll:

• Participate in ongoing leadership and communication training
• Follow established systems while managing your own schedule
• Continue developing your consulting communication and relationship-building capabilities

Your Background

Were interested in professionals with experience in areas such as:

• Human Resources
• Talent Acquisition
• Recruitment
• Learning & Development
• Organisational Development
• People & Culture
• Leadership Development
• Executive or Career Coaching

Youll also bring:

• At least five years of professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence using digital communication tools such as LinkedIn and Zoom
• A proactive self-managed approach to work
• A genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development
