Inside Account Representative

What Youll Do:

• Protect & Retain: Manage a dedicated book of business handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure our commercial and industrial clients stay loyal and satisfied.

• Negotiate & Renew: Proactively manage contract renewals navigate price adjustments and field competitive cancellation requests with strategic win-win solutions.

• Drive Growth: Exceed monthly quotas on net new business and price achievements through proactive account penetration and pipeline management.

• Tech-Driven Sales: Use Salesforce daily to track your pipeline schedule activities and document customer touchpoints.

• Collaborate across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with operations billing and field sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales account management or high-stakes customer retention (2 years in the solid waste industry is a huge plus!).

• Education: High School diploma/GED required; a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Skills: Exceptional negotiation active listening and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized self-managed and intermediate-level proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).

• Drive: A strong work ethic high integrity and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
