Were seeking customer-focused individuals to provide remote support for a global travel and vacation membership program.

What Youll Do
- Assist members with vacation and travel-related requests
- Help customers explore available vacation options
- Answer questions about memberships and account services
- Recommend membership upgrades and additional products when appropriate
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately document each interaction
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
