Infrastructure Project Manager IV Delivery Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager IV / Delivery Manager to support a large-scale technology modernization initiative focused on application infrastructure and AI enablement programs. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of strategic modernization efforts while ensuring alignment with architectural operational and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise technical acumen stakeholder management and modernization program leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of multiple technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage project schedules budgets milestones risks dependencies and governance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects engineers product managers business stakeholders vendors and managed service providers.
• Facilitate due diligence discovery solution design and planning workshops.
• Review and approve project documentation solution artifacts and implementation plans.
• Drive alignment across application modernization infrastructure transformation cloud migration platform consolidation and technology decommissioning efforts.
• Identify track and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies.
• Develop business cases project plans status reports and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure consistent governance reporting and delivery standards across multiple workstreams.
• Escalate critical issues and opportunities to leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Support Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 10 years of project or program management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery including planning execution governance and risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization programs involving:
  • Application Rationalization
  • Cloud Migration
  • Infrastructure Modernization
  • Platform Consolidation
  • Legacy System Decommissioning
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects engineers and technology leaders.
• Experience managing third-party vendors consulting partners and MSPs.
• Excellent communication presentation facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
