Project Manager IV Real Estate Construction (Sirion, Ivalua)

To be successful in this role were seeking the following:
       Bachelors degree in Business Finance Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
       -10 years of experience in construction contracting sourcing using RFI and RFPs and commercial negoiations including using AIA-based agreements for capital projects (> $5 million).
       Proven experience working across global construction programs and multi-region stakeholder environments (NA EMEA APAC).
       Deep expertise in:
o       AIA contract structures and supplementary conditions.
o       Construction contracting and project delivery models.
o       Facilities and capital project sourcing.
       Experience working with global facilities and construction management vendors such as JLL Cushman & Wakefield or CBRE.
       Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
       Experience using contract lifecycle management and procurement tools (such as Sirion Ivalua).
       Strong analytical mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced high-volume global execution environment.
