Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule service technicians for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer contact addressing service needs and concerns.
- Train and mentor technicians ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
- Oversee documentation compliance and identify service opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5 years of commercial HVAC experience with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chillers boilers RTUs 50Tons and split systems.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass drug testing.
- Leadership scheduling and team management skills.
- Lift 75 lbs work at heights and operate tools safely.
