Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR specifically:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA) data entry and maintenance
- Proven ability to accurately enter update and audit employee data within HRIS systems
- Experience using Slack for internal communication collaboration and cross-functional coordination
- Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding offboarding employee records management and compliance
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook); experience with HR reporting is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume accurate data entry and maintenance within SAP HR systems including Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA)
- Support the HR organization by ensuring employee data is up-to-date compliant and properly documented
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support responding to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies processes and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues escalating complex cases as needed
- Assist with onboarding offboarding job changes and employee lifecycle transactions in SAP HR
- Maintain data integrity by auditing records and correcting discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners Payroll and other internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations
- Use Slack and other communication tools to manage requests provide updates and coordinate across teams
- Document standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations
