Summary:
Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding internal transfers employment changes and benefits administration.
Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Conduct HR data audits and support reporting process improvement and compliance initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR procedures workflows and documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment regulations and company policies.
Partner with HR Talent Acquisition Payroll IT and business leaders to support workforce operations.
Assist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of HR HRIS or employee operations experience preferably in a regulated industry.
Must meet U.S. Person requirements under ITAR.
Ability to work onsite Monday Friday.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP SAP SuccessFactors or Replicon.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables lookup functions and data analysis.
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Self-starter with strong process improvement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS administration and benefits programs.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Knowledge of employment and benefits regulations including ERISA ACA HIPAA COBRA FMLA and PFML.
Experience supporting HR operations in aerospace defense manufacturing or other regulated environments.
