Job Summary

Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining accurate HR database records including conducting data integrity audits as well as identifying process improvements and working with HR management to streamline.

Process all transfers job reclassifications promotions and other HR processes electronically. Manage and maintain electronic personnel file database scanning relevant documents to appropriate employee files.

Compensation / Benefits - Data management of job codes job duty analysis escalation of bonus issues.

Data Management - HR metrics tracking & reporting (performance PIPs succession DEI growth plans)

Administer Payroll ticketing requests and process issues (e.g. pay adjustments pay inquiries)

Performance Management - Support HR Business Partner team in communication and tracking of performance management activities track PIP process and outcome provide introductory performance process discussions (non-exempt level)

Talent Acquisition - Serve as liaison between Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager. Performs job description validation and assists with duties associated with new hire onboarding program including completing automated new hire paperwork and I9 verification.

DE&I - Conducts DEI metric tracking and communication

Training & Development- Conducts compliance training reporting and follow up as well as training facilitation (e.g. Leading with Inclusion workshops and Presence with a Purpose)

Culture & Engagement - Coordinates administers and supports culture and engagement activities

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or related degree preferred.

Previous experience in HR-related position (3-5 years) preferred.

Exceptional planning and organizing skills required.

Proven experience in a role requiring strong analytical & critical thinking skills.

Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Assist with the design and delivery of HR projects including but not limited to assisting with content development deck preparation and data analysis.

Ability to follow verbal or written instructions.

Work requires knowledge of the policies and procedures of the office or function.

Possess a good understanding of office environments and procedures with demonstrated skills using personal computers and PC based systems.

Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Access Visio and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information related to HR.

Deal effectively with a wide variety of people both in person and over the telephone.

Possesses working knowledge of EEO/AA and Employment Law.

Superior customer service experience and attention to detail required.

Experience with HRIS systems.
