Job Title - GSOC Systems Engineer
Location -Atlanta Georgia
Salary up to - $150000
Were seeking a skilled Engineer 3 to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). Youll lead the engineering maintenance and optimization of Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect systems in a mission-critical 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design implement and document Lenel & Milestone PACS/VMS solutions
Administer configure and maintain servers clients and hardware
Troubleshoot complex issues and respond to critical system alerts
Optimize performance and implement new features/integrations
Support operators mentor junior staff and deliver user training
Maintain accurate documentation and generate performance reports
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors (5 yrs exp) or Masters (3 yrs exp) in Engineering IT or related
Hands-on expertise with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect
Experience in 24/7 security environments or GSOC settings
Strong understanding of TCP/IP VLANs firewalls
Excellent troubleshooting communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Lenel Certified Expert & Milestone Certified Engineer
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell Python)
Experience with other physical security systems (e.g. intrusion detection intercoms)
Familiarity with industry security standards and best practices
