Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
• Move raw materials finished goods and supplies throughout the facility.
• Load unload stack and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Clean work areas remove debris and support overall plant housekeeping.
• Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues jams leaks or unsafe conditions.
• Support machine operators during setup changeovers and routine operations.
• Follow lockout/tagout PPE and other plant safety procedures.
• Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• complete routine checks logs and production records as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
