Job Opening: Assembly / Tester
Shift: Morning (7:00 AM-3:30PM)
Job Summary
Assembles microwave isolator and circulator components by performing the duties described below
Key Responsibilities
- Under continual to moderate supervision:
- To include but not limited to the following tasks.
- Performs basic assembly tasks i.e. pressing connectors assembling units or parts of units by screwing soldering epoxying foiling ferrite alignment of ferrites and circuit Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other
- Machinist Job Summary: Responsible for operating machine tools to produce made to order or prototype parts in small batches one off or large quantities
- Ensure products meet specifications using appropriate measuring tools and documentation.
- et up program adjust fixture and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized tools in order to perform precision machining operations using the materials as specified.
- Shear cut drill and form sheet metal parts.
- Inspect completed/finished parts to determine conformance to approved drawings/documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Minimum Requirements
- Uses small assembly tools (i.e. tweezers screwdrivers)
- Implements assembly operations on process travelers
- Verifies completion by signing off Receives and follows verbal and/or written instructions regarding tasks to be performed
- Problem solving skills
- Capable of handling small tools Working to a deadline
- Perform the essential duties satisfactorily
