The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced restaurant leader to serve as General Manager of a high-volume QSR location in the Charleston market. As General Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant from financial performance and operational standards to team culture and guest experience. You will report directly to area leadership and serve as the benchmark for excellence within your market.

What Youll Own

• Oversee all daily operations of a high-volume quick-service restaurant
  
• Drive sales growth while managing labor food costs and overall P&L
  
• Recruit hire train and develop a high-performing restaurant team
  
• Ensure consistent food quality cleanliness and brand standards at all times
  
• Maintain full compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
  
• Create a positive accountable team culture that reduces turnover
  
• Analyze restaurant performance metrics and execute plans to close gaps
  
• Serve as the face of the restaurant within the local community
  

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or fast casual
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L labor and food cost in a restaurant setting
  
• Strong track record of hiring developing and retaining hourly and management staff
  
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
  
• Results-driven mindset with a people-first leadership approach
  
• ServSafe certified or ability to obtain upon hire
