Production Machine Operator
Location: Baldwyn MS
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift
2nd Shift:
Monday Thursday 5:00 PM 3:30 AM
- Must be available to work 10 hour shifts and overtime as needed.
Position Overview
We are currently hiring experienced Production Machine Operators for a modern climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Baldwyn MS. This is a fast-paced clean production environment ideal for dependable individuals who are safety-focused detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work.
Prior to starting all candidates will participate in a facility tour to ensure the position and work environment are a good fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience (required).
- Previous machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
