At Fox Rent A Car our Station Manager is the entrepreneurial force behind a high-performing location. Youll drive profitability lead diverse teams and make bold decisions that move the business forward every single day.

Your Primary Focus Is To

• Relay clear concise information updates and feedback between HQ and branch teams

• Efficiently manage payroll control overtime and balance labor costs with operational needs

• Maintain control over daily operations and P&L to drive profitability

• Build a unified operations and sales team through effective communication and people management

• Develop teams to achieve company goals manage high-volume customer transactions and demonstrate strong foresight and planning

• Inspire and guide teams maintain alignment with company goals and deliver excellent customer service

• Utilize relevant software and technology tools to streamline operations

• Build strong relationships with clients vendors and community partners

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Education & Experience

• Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective financial management and strategic planning

• Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and ensuring optimal customer service delivery

• Experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve company objectives

• Strong background in P&L management controlling expenses and maximizing revenue

• Expertise in stakeholder management building and maintaining relationships with clients vendors and community partners

Were Looking For

• Financial acumen proficiency in financial analysis and budget management

• Preferred experience in rental car or service-related businesses with heavy transactions and large teams

• Understanding of sales processes with the ability to coach and develop sales teams

• Ability to create and maintain a positive cohesive company culture

• Skilled in training coaching providing feedback and developing teams

• Strategic thinker who adapts quickly to changing business needs and industry trends
