Commercial Property Manager requires:

• Commercial Property Management Experience
• Commercial Lease Administration / CAM Knowledge
• Common Area Maintenance (CAM) experience is critical.
• Experience managing multiple commercial properties.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
• Experience overseeing vendors and operational performance.
• Financial management.
• Operational oversight.
• Commercial tenant relations.
• Ownership reporting

• Experience managing commercial real estate retail office industrial or mixed use properties
• Strong understanding of leases property operations and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working both in the office and in the field visiting properties throughout Oahu
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants
• Oversee property maintenance repairs and improvement projects
• Coordinate vendor services and negotiate proposals when needed
• Monitor property financial performance budgets and operating expenses
• Review lease obligations scheduled rent increases renewals and other key milestones
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards
