Job Title: Web Modernization Organizational Change Manager - Remote

Job Description:
As a Web Modernization Organizational Change Manager you will support enterprise wide change initiatives related to web modernization and governance rollout. You will work closely with cross functional teams to prepare stakeholders for new processes ensure adoption of web governance standards and drive organizational readiness through communication training and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support organizational change management activities for web modernization initiatives.
Assist in developing and executing change management and stakeholder engagement plans.
Coordinate communications and readiness activities for new governance processes and workflows.
Document and promote web governance standards intake procedures and operational guidelines.
Develop presentations user guides FAQs and communication materials.
Conduct stakeholder outreach and engagement across distributed teams and business units.
Coordinate training sessions readiness activities and adoption support efforts.
Collaborate with technical teams project managers and business stakeholders to ensure readiness.
Identify risks stakeholder concerns and barriers to adoption and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support process improvement and operational readiness efforts for enterprise web services.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
Bachelors degree in Organizational Change Management Communications Business IT or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting change management communications or technology adoption initiatives.
Strong experience coordinating stakeholder engagement and training activities.
Ability to develop clear documentation communication materials and training content.
Experience working across cross functional teams in complex environments.
Strong organizational communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting higher education public sector or large enterprise transformations.
Familiarity with web governance digital modernization or website lifecycle management.
Experience with accessibility standards and digital experience programs.
Experience supporting service management tools and intake workflows.
Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
