Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients representing our organizations commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
