Job Description:
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist prospective students with inquiries and registration paperwork.
  • Perform data entry and maintain office records and files.
  • Support daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate meetings and office activities as needed.
Requirement:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception office administration or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
