As a Front Desk Agent you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service managing reservations addressing guest inquiries and supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and precision.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while accurately managing reservations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide information about hotel services amenities and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings payments and guest information.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
