Position Summary:

As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for Pyle you will perform administrative duties within the Fleet Maintenance department.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining vehicle specific information in our software system
• Coordinating application of titles registrations license plates permits and state inspection stickers
• Distributing and tracking of licensing credentials for all company owned vehicles
• Maintaining and monitoring EZ Pass accounts
• Preparing maintaining and submitting documents and reports as needed
• Other administrative duties as assigned

To be qualified for this position you must possess the following:

• Must be very detailed oriented
• Excellent computer skills advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Capable of maintaining accurate computer files
• Effective communication skills
