Job Summary
Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday
Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize fleet maintenance records work orders and service schedules
Communicate with mechanics vendors and management regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs
Track preventive maintenance schedules and repair status updates
Assist with ordering vehicle parts and supplies
Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and fleet management systems
Monitor invoices receipts and maintenance documentation
Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service repairs
Ensure all maintenance files and documentation are kept current and organized in chronological order
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance terminology
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook and general computer use
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Previous office or fleet maintenance experience preferred but not required
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literate with the ability to learn fleet management software
Dependable and punctual
Ability to sit for longer periods of time
Preferred Skills
Experience in transportation trucking or fleet maintenance environments
Familiarity with work orders service records and inventory tracking
Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative support
