Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth and reliable operation of building systems and critical infrastructure in a 24/7 facility environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance system reliability safety compliance and operational continuity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee HVAC electrical steam/boiler water compressed air and mechanical systems
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Monitor facility systems for performance and operational risks
Respond to equipment failures and emergency breakdowns
Lead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance efforts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and audit requirements
Coordinate with vendors contractors and service providers
Support capital improvement and facility upgrade projects
Assist in equipment installation and infrastructure expansion
Maintain accurate maintenance logs reports and documentation
Work hands-on with technicians when required for issue resolution
Promote safety standards and continuous improvement practices
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years facilities/plant/equipment management experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC boiler electrical and mechanical systems
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Vendor and contractor management experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Technical certifications or OSHA training preferred
