Express Technician

Tom Wood Audi is currently searching for motivated and detail-oriented Express Technicians to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their automotive career in a fast-paced premium service environment.

As an Express Technician you will perform routine maintenance services while gaining hands-on experience with Audi vehicles and advanced automotive technology. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn grow and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks efficiently and accurately
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing filters wiper blades and bulbs
• Accurately document all services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to support customer recommendations
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Audi technology and service processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic automotive knowledge or previous experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Familiarity with basic shop equipment is a plus
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required
