Job Summary
A family based in Commack is seeking a proactive and professional Executive Housekeeper to support the day-to-day operations of their home. This role is primarily focused on household management including housekeeping organization errands and light cooking. The family is open to both live-in and live-out arrangements with a separate staff house available on the property.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping and maintain overall cleanliness of two residences (each approx. 2000 sq. ft.)
- Laundry ironing and wardrobe organization
- Grocery shopping running errands and managing household inventory
- Light cooking and meal prep (must be mindful of nut-free requirements)
- Maintain organization throughout the home
- Assist with administrative household tasks (e.g. managing water delivery placing online orders)
- Help ensure the home runs efficiently and proactively address household needs
Qualifications:
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain boundaries
- Comfortable in a fast-paced household environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology (online ordering scheduling etc.)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
