Our sites are based in Forest Hall Killingworth Jesmond Newcastle City Centre and North Shields.

The Role
The Estates Project Coordinator will support the planning coordination and delivery of estates maintenance refurbishment and capital works across the Foundations sites. The role is key to ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently on time and within budget while minimising disruption to students residents staff and visitors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong coordination and administrative skills who is motivated by creating safe accessible and highquality environments that support people with disabilities
