You inherit a backlog manage the crew keep the line running and hope the CapEx committee takes you seriously next quarter.
$185K$225K plus bonus. North Carolina. This role carries roughly 75% travel between sites so its built for someone who runs well on the road.
A mandate that actually matches the title: own the capital program from concept to completion lead the shift from reactive to predictive and build the kind of maintenance culture that shows up in OEE numbers.
The technical bar is real.
- Multi-million CapEx management.
- Ammonia refrigeration background.
- PLC and instrumentation depth.
- SAP. TPM.
Youll run the full engineering function and still be the person in the room who can solve what nobody else can. That combination is what makes this search genuinely difficult.
Food manufacturing at this scale needs someone who can go deep on the technical side and still lead a team present to leadership and drive strategy.
