Elementary Music Teacher
Harrison School District is accepting applications for an Elementary Music Teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year. The position will be a full time (1.0 FTE) K-4 teaching position.
Applicants must possessappropriate Arkansas DESE certification. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Harrison School District is seeking an individual who will:
teach music education to pupils in grades K-4
help pupils grow in their enjoyment appreciation and performance of music through a variety of planned music experiences which include singing moving to music playing of instruments and listening to music
create a class environment conducive to learning and personal growth
establish effective rapport with pupils
formulate positive relationships with parents students and other staff members
demonstrate effective communication within the school community
